Patrick Staffing offers medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and term life insurance benefits to our temporary employees and their families through Essential StaffCARE.In addition, Patrick Staffing, Inc. offers Affordable Care Act programs to those employees interested in ACA compliancy.

Holiday Pay

Employees who work 1,800 regular hours in a 12-month period will be eligible for holiday pay. An employee must work the scheduled day before and after the holiday to qualify. Patrick Staffing recognized holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Vacation Pay

Patrick Staffing believes in rewarding hard work. So, we provide one week paid vacation for employees who work 1800 hours within a 12 month period.

Direct Deposit or Payroll Card Option

Employees can also enjoy the benefits of Direct Deposit or be issued a Payroll Card. Your weekly paycheck will be conveniently processed to the account of your choosing. This feature is safe, secure, and a convenience to our valued employees.
