Patrick Staffing offers a full range of staffing services: Application Processing, Payrolling Services, Customized Testing, Flexible Placement Options, On-Site Representation, Management/Workforce Reports, and ongoing employee follow up. Our primary functions include:

Application and Interview

  • Applications are accepted and processed during designated times Monday – Friday
  • All candidates are thoroughly interviewed by experienced Staffing Counselors
  • Our Employee Handbook is distributed to inform employees of policies and procedures
  • Additional screening/testing is offered to clients based on their unique job requirements

Safety in the Workplace

  • Applicants are required to pass a safety test prior to placement
  • Personal Protective Equipment is made accessible if needed
  • An Injury Procedure Checklist is provided to every client and applicant
  • Workers Comp claims processing is conducted by Patrick Staffing and, a Third Party Administrator. The Patrick Staffing corporate office is also available for client questions

Integrated computer system provides the following client benefits:

  • Attendance and tardiness issues tracked per employee

  • All Staffing Counselors are involved in continually updating employee files, employee availability, completed work assignments, interview results, disciplinary issues, etc.
